The club had a real treat tonight with our guest photographer George Karbus. George had travelled up from Clare to be with us so it was great to see such a large turnout. His work spanned the globe with some wonderful ocean photography, stunning shots of the Northern Lights and intimate images of his family and young son enjoying life among the dolphins and whales. The range of images on show demonstrated George's passion for life and photography. Hi everyone. Just got a message in. Can people give suggestions to locations. - Hi,
I am working in Letterkenny for the week 19th to 23rd February but can only get out to take photographs when I finish at 4.30 pm or before work in the mornings at 9am.
I was hoping to get out to Dunlewey to try and get photos of the church with Mount Errigal in the background at both sunrise and sunset.
I was wondering if you could provide any useful information on that or any other spots close to Letterkenny that might be worth while shooting at sunrise/sunset or after dark.
